STRAIGHT WIRE - HDMI CABLES
HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is the first and most widely industry supported, uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface. By delivering crystal- clear, all-digital audio and video via a single cable, HDMI dramatically simplifies most cabling applications and helps provide consumers with a near studio quality home theater experience. HDMI provides an interface between enabled A/V sources, such as a set-top box, Blu-ray unit (3D or standard), DVD player, most digital receivers, 4K capable devices and almost all current video display devices. Numerous versions (1.1 - 2.2) have backward compatibility but care must be taken to ensure full performance.
